I needed to return a dress because it did not fit. I was informed that I would be responsible for the shipping. When I went to my local shipping store, I had the option of $16.50 with USPS, $17.80 with FedEx and $19.25 with UPS. The dress I was returning was only $32.00. I WILL NO LONGER BE ORDERING ANYTHING from 6pm

Returning items that don't fit is too expensive versus going into a store....while 6pm has a great selection it just doesn't do it for me. I understand that 6pm tries to keep costs low regarding selling shoes but I would rather pay a higher price at a store where I can return the shoes for the same amount vs paying return postage especially in this current economy.

Great quality, great service, the staff is very polite and responsive, quality is good and delivery is fast enough

I purchased a pair of shoes. It was on processing for 2 months. So I called customer service. They were all in Jamaica. They tried to cancel without saying sorry.
I wanted to talk to a supervisor in USA. But they said no more in America even though it is based on America.
I paid it on $92 on sale. But after waiting 2 months I should buy $195 on regular price! Bit they ignored compensation.
Supervisor is in Jamaica. So they don't try to fix problems and don't care customers' inconvenience.
Just made an irresponsible statement with excuse.

I've become a fan of 6pm for shoe shopping in particular. I've found that they have one of the wider selections of any website, both in terms of style and (very importantly!) sizes, and their prices are frequently among the best for any given style. That alone would keep me coming back, but they've also always been very prompt when it comes to shipping, which I appreciate.

Upon return, they take 10% for the return fee. They also keep shipping cost of 30 dollars and you have to order all over again to get a dress. I went to Amazon and got a better dress cheaper and faster with the same if not better quality.

I have a big problem with 6pm, I made a purchase on June 13, 2019 in this store, my product never arrived, at that time I called the store and they never answered in this tieme I wrote some emails and had no response, I let time pass because I was sick and then it arrived the covid and unfortunately I was in poor health, like several in my family and they died, there was no time for anything, but weeks ago I contacted the store by chat, emails and calls and they told me that they would return my money. The person who answered me by phone told me to send all my information by mail, I already did!! but all the emails I receive now are denials, they will not help me because they said that the email from which I write to them is different from the one I did. the purchase. The email that I have now is another because my other email was hacked and I already explained it by all means, by all means I have told them and shown that it is me and they simply do not want to return the money for a product that they never sent me, Really after so many years of having bought from them, receiving this treatment is the worst, I do not recommend this store for this and many reasons.

Hi, i’m so shocked, i just knew that i got a fake Tory Burch bag from 6pm. I have bought a lot of items from 6pm since 2 years ago. But this time, 6pm sent me a fake bag, i can tolerate if this bag has no tag on it, or little defect. But i can’t tolerate this bag is fake :( so sad. Maybe i will stop buying in this web, sorry
